Manuel
The founder of Alvarez Aquitectos, Manuel graduated with an architectural degree from Universidad Central de Costa Rica in 2005. He also received a degree in construction from Universidad de Costa Rica in the year 2000. He was the winner of the 2004 design contest for the National Symphony Orchestra Auditorium and has participated in many different architectural exhibitions. Manuel was a professor at the Colegio Cientifico de San Ramón where he taught architecture and design. He has also worked with an important firm in Costa Rica and has collaborated with many architectural firms around the world. He is currently pursuing a master degree in sustainable development. His current specialty at Alvarez Architecture is coastal hotel design and habitable development.
Ileana
Ileana is the co-founder of Alvarez Aquitectos. She obtained a degree in business management from Universidad de Costa Rica, where she also studied environmental management and auditing. She graduated with honors in 2003.
Since 2002, Ileana has worked as a project manager in the financial and analysis fields. Ileana is a valuable member of our team. As the co-founder of Alvarez Arquitectos, she is in charge of administration, consultation, budget analysis, and project implementation.
